Follow the cheese-shaped signposts, which will take you through forests and fields to the "Buvette du Vuipay", where you can stop off for some light refreshments. You will come across nine panels at various points during the trail. These explain the various stages of alpine cheese-making. Don't forget to punch your card, as this entitles you to a free cheese tasting on your arrival! You will make your way back down to the car park through Le Vuipay. Three panels explain how the cheese is stored and left to mature.
